What should I bring?
Toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, hairbrush, toothpaste and lotion
Robe, slippers, pajamas, sleepwear, or leisurewear
Comfortable pair of shoes
Advance Directive if you have executed one
A list of all current medications you take, both prescription, over the counter and any herbal medications you take, you will need to provide doses and the number of times a day you take your medications

When will I be admitted?
Your doctor will decide what day you will be admitted, unless you are being admitted through the Emergency Department. When you arrive, please check in with the Admitting Office.
Please leave your valuables at home
Visiting hours are open depending on the patient’s condition
A newspaper will be delivered to you daily
